Apparel Production Process

• 1. Submit Apparel requests to ghcustomsnc@gmail.com for an estimate. 

Below are some guiding questions to assist you with your request

Will you be providing artwork/ logo/ or want us to design something for you?  (If providing, please be sure that is logo is in an editable vector format (Illustrator file  or  EPS file) and artwork at high resolutions to avoid blurriness. If you do not have access to your logo as a vector format - we may be able to assist you with a logo trace with professional design software for an additional fee; the cost of which is determined by the complexity of the logo as well as the quality of the original file-will be included in estimate.

Apparel Style? T-Shirts (Short Sleeve/ Long Sleeve) / Hoodies / Aprons / Fleece Blankets

Art Placement? Front Left Chest / Front Full /  Left Sleeve / Right Sleeve / Full Back 

Apparel Color / Text Color /  Font Style (example- cursive, traditional, blocky, bubbly)  ?

Quantity Desired?

Will you be picking order up? GH Customs personally drop off (Craven/Carteret County only)? Or UPS delivered?

• 2. Within 48 business hours we will review your apparel request to see if GH Customs is the right fit for your project - you will receive confirmation and an estimate via email. Estimate total will include Design (if needed) + Design Set Up Fee + Apparel Production. 

• 3. After your estimate approval you will be required to make an initial payment (50% of total balance) before we can move forward with Design and Production. This secures your order on our end and your end. 

• 4. Upon processing your initial payment our Design Department will utilize the following 2-3 business days to create your digital mockup with the supplied/designed logo or imagery and will be sent to you as a PDF via email for you to review.  Digital Proofs are only intended to get a general feel for what the end product will look like. 

Due to the unreliability of matching fabric colors and ink colors by computer monitors we cannot guarantee a color to look exactly how it looks on screen. We will gladly work closely with you to make sure the garment selected fits your needs and meets your expectations. However, we expect each client to do some research of their own. Garment specs are always available to you. If you are still unsure of a product’s look, color, or sizing, we suggest ordering a sample prior to production to see how your design will look or how a garment will fit. If you need a sample, please request it so that there are no misunderstandings. We do our best to get it as close to the digital proof as possible. Please note that samples will delay turnaround times. Please review terms and conditions for more design and production details.

• 5.  Following design proof approval your order will then be moved to production where it can take 8-16 business days to complete. Some orders may take less/more time depending on order size and design complexity. The turnaround times posted by GH Customs are for printing, and only begin after the Client has sent approval for the digital proof.GH Customs will be in constant communication with you about the status of your order via email or text.  Please inform GH Customs at time of order placement of any deadlines. Rush orders will incur additional fees.   Unexpected failures, malfunctions, misprints and / or technical problems with (printing) equipment may delay the printing process. If such a delay were to occur, GH Customs may, at its discretion and on a case by case basis, provide compensation in the form of re-print or discounts. Technical difficulties or delays will not be grounds for order cancellations or refunds.  

• 6. Once Apparel Production is complete  you will be notified via email or phone. You will be required to pay the remaining balance before delivery or pickup. 

• 7. Pick-Up or have GH Customs Deliver for an additional $10-20 fee (only within Carteret or Craven County, NC). UPS Delivery available (UPS fees apply)
