Logo Design Process
1. Submit logo requests to ghcustomsnc@gmail.com. We encourage our clients to be as detailed as possible in regards to the style desired. The most effective way to do this is to provide GH Customs with written instructions, photos of other design inspirations, drawings, screenshots, or any method that will convey your ideas. Examples of likes and dislikes can also be helpful.
Within 48 business hours we will review your logo requests to see if GH Customs is the right fit for your project - you will receive confirmation and a Design Estimate via email. Estimate is professionally calculated by the amount of time the Design Department will need to successfully complete your request considering your specific needs.
2. After estimate approval you will then be required to make an initial payment (50% of total balance) before we can move forward with Design Creation.
3. After processing your initial payment our Design Department will utilize the following 5-7 business days to create your initial logo design concept(s) with the given specifications and you will will then receive a PDF Proof of your Concept(s) for you to review and approve.
In order to keep the number of revisions/changes within the project scope, please be as detailed as possible in regards to what you would like to see corrected. Revision requests in excess of the project scope may acquire additional fees. The purpose of providing design revisions is to assist the Client in the design process. The goal is to create a design that the Client finds satisfactory to their needs. Revisions are used only for small layout modifications, typographic edits, or changes to the color palette. A revision does not include a complete re-design or additional designs (concepts) provided to the Client. Please review terms and conditions for more design and production details.
4. Once a Primary logo has been selected you will be required to pay the remaining balance in order to receive your Final Files Folder. Until the full payment is received, all logo designs shared with you as proofs remain the intellectual property of GH Customs Apparel and Graphics. The designs are protected under copyright law and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed in any capacity without the full payment or final files have been delivered to you upon project completion. Unauthorized use of these designs constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
